In light of the complications arising from the rapid spread of coronavirus, and with a view to protecting both audiences and its staff, the Greek National Opera would like to announce the following changes to its Stavros Niarchos Hall and Alternative Stage events programme:

• The GNO production Andrea Chénier will now premiere on 29 January. Three further performances will be held at the Stavros Niarchos Hall, on 6, 10 and 13 February.
• The GNO Ballet production Human Behaviour, scheduled to be presented from 21 to 30 January on the Alternative Stage, has been postponed.
• Both performances of the concert The Songs of Struggle, scheduled to take place at the Stavros Niarchos Hall on 4 and 5 March, have been postponed.

Ticket holders will be contacted by the GNO Box Office and given the option to receive a refund, or to transfer their ticket(s) to other performances if they prefer.
