RICCARDO MASSI

One of today’s leading tenors, he has appeared on the stages of prestigious theatres internationally including the Royal Opera House in London (Covent Garden), Metropolitan Opera in New York, La Scala, Zurich Opera, Bavarian State Opera, Berlin State Opera, Sydney Opera House, New National Theatre Tokyo, Arena di Verona, Teatro Regio in Parma and he has interpreted roles such as Andrea Chénier, Calaf (Turandot), Radamès (Aida), Manrico (Il trovatore), Don Alvaro (La forza del destino), Mario Cavaradossi (Tosca), etc. He graduated from La Scala’s Academy in Milan and continued his studies with tenor David Holst. He was also a professional stuntman with an expertise in martial arts, participating in Hollywood productions including the Academy Award Gangs of New York by Martin Scorsese and the HBO’s hit series Roma. He has per- formed again with the Greek National Opera at the Opera Gala (Odeon of Herodes Atticus, 2020) and in Tosca (2024).
