Greek mezzo-soprano, she completed her studies in piano, harmony and singing (diploma with honours and first prize) at the National Conservatory of Halandri. Parallel to this, she studied philology (NKUA). She continued her postgraduate studies at the Music Academy of Vienna with Gabriele Lechner and Anton Scharinger (Lieder / oratorio). Soprano Ioulia Troussa and bass Dimitri Kavrakos, with whom she still studies, played an important role in her musical and technical formation. She has sung such roles as Sesto (La clemenza di Tito), Mercédès (Carmen), Cornelia (Giulio Cesare in Egitto), Charlotte (Werther). In 2021 she debuted at the Vienna Musikverein (Mahler’s Symphony No. 2). She has sung soloist parts in Mozart’s and Verdi’s Requiem, Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9, Bach’s Christmas Oratorio, Handel’s Messiah, Pergolesi’s Stabat Mater, Vivaldi’s Gloria as well as in Vijay Upadhyaya’s Prayer Flags with the National Symphonic Orchestra of China (Beijing Concert Hall). With the Greek National Opera she has worked again in Cherubini’s Medea (as Neris) and Hersant’s Les Éclairs (as Ethel Axelrod).
