NICOLAS MARAZIOTIS

Greek tenor, he is a graduate of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (Master of Music in Vocal Performance) and Keele University (Bachelor of Music Dual Hons in Music & Music Technology). He studied classical singing at the Patras Conservatory and was a member of the Music Theatre Workshop of the Municipal and Regional Theatre of Patras, under the direction of Theo Abazis. He has collaborated with such ensembles as Les Talens Lyriques, Armonia Atenea, Ergon Ensemble, Metallon ensemble (Athens State Orchestra), Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation Symphony Orchestra, Plucked Strings Orchestra of Patras Municipality, Music Ensembles of Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation and of Athens Municipality, etc. His repertoire includes such roles as Arbace (Idomeneo), Pedrillo (Die Entführung aus dem Serail), Jaquino (Fidelio), Testo (Il combattimento di Tancredi e Clorinda), Amfinomo (Il ritorno d’Ulisse in patria), Dr Blind (Die Fledermaus), Freddy Eynsford-Hill (My Fair Lady), Christofer the Teacher (The Magic Pillows), Adrianos (I Want to See the Pope!), Bebes (War in War), Starbuck (Moby-Dick), Anthony Candolino (Master Class). He is a member of the ΜEIZON Ensemble.
