Melissa Harvey

Soprano Melissa Harvey’s engagements include the roles of Drusilla and Amore in Monteverdi’s L’incoronazione di Poppea with Florentine Opera and Cincinnati Opera, Shatzi in the world premiere of The Flood (Korine Fujiwara) with Opera Columbus, Alice in Unsuk Chin’s Alice in Wonderland with New York City Opera, and the world premiere of Marc-Antoine Charpentier’s La Fête du Ruel as Iris. A frequent concert soloist, she has performed extensively with groups such as Catacoustic Consort, the Salisbury Symphony, The Bach Society, Collegium Cincinnati, Bourbon Baroque, Cincinnati Vocal Arts Ensemble, and the Findlay Orchestra. She received both her BM and MM in voice from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM).
