MILTOS LOGIADIS

He was born in Athens. He studied at the Munich Academy of Music, obtaining diplomas in chorus and orchestra conducting, as well as a Meisterklasse diploma. After completing his studies, he worked at the Ulm Theatre. In 1992, he returned to Greece, following an invitation by Manos Hadjidakis, to work as a permanent conductor at the Orchestra of Colours. In addition to the major Greek orchestras, he has conducted such ensembles as the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra of London, Russian National Orchestra, Moscow Opera Orchestra, Hamburg Opera Orchestra, Vienna Chambre Orchestra and others. He has been the artistic director of the Music Ensembles of the Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation (2015-2016) and of the Athens Concert Hall (2016-2020). He is a professor of orchestra conducting at the Department of Music Studies of the Ionian University.
