LESLIE TRAVERS

Trained at London’s Wimbledon School of Art, he is recognised as one of the leading stage designers of his generation. He was honoured by Liverpool Insti-tute of the Performing Arts with an honorary doctorate and was shortlisted for Best Designer at the 2022 International Opera Awards. For the GΝΟ, Leslie has designed Bluebeard’s Castle (2023, 2024) and Cavalleria rusticana / Pagliacci (2024).
