Nikos Katsigiannis

Greek tenor, born and raised in Athens, he studied electronic engineering at the Techno- logical Educational Institute of Athens while completing studies in piano, counterpoint and singing (2013). In the same year he started studies at the Opera Studio of the Greek National Opera, completing his course in 2015. He has collaborated with the Greek National Opera in various productions and from 2019 he is a permanent member of the GNO Chorus. As a pianist he has collaborated with the children’s chorus of the Amphion Music Workshop and the Christodoulio Girls’ Orphanage. He was a member of the Gospel Chorus of the Terpsithea Conservatory and has also collaborated with many music ensembles, in various music genres besides classical music. He has taught piano, singing and music theory at the Centre for Education and Rehabilitation for the Blind to visually impaired people as well as singing at the Terpsithea Conservatory.
