What would you say for a little adventure filled with music, singing, and… theatre? This year too, a familiar artistic programme, with fresh touches, opens its doors exclusively for adults aged 65 and over, inviting them to take a break from daily life for a while and try out a unique experience of creativity, free expression, and joy. In a warm and welcoming gathering place, music and theatre foster communication and inspiration: we sing, play music, share personal stories, dance, and expressively experiment through theatre. This project is a true celebration of creativity and life, reminding us that art can inspire, move, and unite us at any age. The programme is made possible with the support of Protergia.
As a continuation of the famous Guitar Express programme by the GNO Learning & Participation Department, the Rendezvous programme introduces itself to the audience through new ideas, methodologies, and artistic tools, this year focusing on love as its main theme. Each meeting becomes a space of joy and togetherness, filled with laughter, emotion, communication, and new experiences. This educational programme will culminate in three music theatre performances at the GNO Alternative Stage on 5, 6, and 7 June 2026.
The creative process will be coordinated by Alexandros Efklidis, director and Artistic Director of the GNO Alternative Stage for one decade, along with Kiki Kerzeli, conductor and manager of the Guitar Express programme, which was conducted for eight consecutive seasons.
This programme offers a true celebration of creativity and life, reminding us that art can inspire, motivate, and unite us at any age.
