Gioachino Rossini was one of the most natural talents of the opera history, for he acclaimed international fame at a very young age, assuming a personal style that combined the Italian zest and the German austerity and structure. L’ingano felice is a one-act opera, based on Giuseppe Maria Foppa’s libretto, featuring an eventful comic plot. The concert version of the work will be performed by GNO soloists Antonis (Anthony) Koronaios (tenor), Vassiliki Karagianni (soprano), Tassos Apostolou (bass), Kostis Rasidakis (baritone) and Petros Magoulas (bass).
