A frequent collaborator of Nacho Duato, he has designed the lighting for numerous productions of him such as Arcangelo, Castrati, Herrumbre, Hevel, Prelude, Jardín Infinito, Multiplicity. Forms of Silence and Emptiness, The Nutcracker, Romeo and Juliet, Sleeping Beauty, Static Time and Without Words. He is the lighting director of American Ballet Theatre, where he has designed, among others, Alexei Ratmansky’s The Bright Stream, The Firebird, Harlequinade, On the Dnieper, Seven Sonatas, Whipped Cream, Frederick Ashton’s Cinderella, Christopher Wheeldon’s Thirteen Diversions and Benjamin Millepied’s I Feel The Earth Move. Moreover, he has lit productions in the Ballets of Atlanta, Argentina, Boston, Houston, Pennsylvania, San Francisco, Zurich, Norwegian and Australian Ballets, Hubbard Street, as well as Opera Ballets of Göteborg, Lyon and Vienna, Martha Graham Dance Company, National Ballet of Canada, Nederlands Dans Theater, Pacific Northwest Ballet, The Royal Ballet, Royal Danish Ballet, Royal Swedish Ballet and Universal Ballet Seoul.
